Note: We aim to send all instructions within two working days of receipt of payment depending on demand. Please do not ask about where instructions are until after three working days have gone by. We may in some circumstances ask for you to double check the details provided to ensure info provided is correct. You should nevertheless ensure that you provide full correct details of your unit, including manufacturer and model, the region it is set to and which country it was purchased in. If you have experienced an unreasonable delay in receiving the instructions, please look in all email folders before alerting me. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a fully functional email address that accepts attachments. Please ensure that when corresponding that the email trail is included in the communication so that we can reference your inquiry. If you have a problem in inputting first follow the instructions again to repeat the procedure before alerting us to any problem. Ensure that if inputting a code that you do not leave a long period of time between each input, as that can throw out the procedure. While the instructions are designed to be as simple as possible, they will in some cases require a basic knowledge of computers. Remember we are talking tech here so glitches are possible. Instructions provided are designed strictly for the use of the specific build of unit as specified by the user only, are provided strictly at the user's own risk and are covered by copyright laws. Legal action can and will be taken against anyone found passing these on, notwithstanding the fact that it can also potentially cause damage to a third party unit.. Finally if you purchase it is assumed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
